Rez Hotel Semarang

Rez is a tall, slender black-and-white structure that contrasts with its colorful urban surroundings. Its monochromatic interior highlights the idea that light and dark are the true elements that define us. Through a balance of lighting, we extend this contrast into the night, playing with shadow and illumination, texture and simplicity. Each space interprets this concept differently: from facade spotlights creating shadow patterns, to circular downlights following the lobby stair, to carefully selected fixture finishes that either stand out or seamlessly blend into the design.
